Dogs can talk to humans in many ways but not acually talking for example they can't acully say I'm thirsty or I'm hungry. I have a Border Collie mix Goden Retriever and his name is Lucky and he talks to me in many ways. If he needs to go to the bathroom he would go to the screen door and wag his tail and it's banging the door and that's how he says I need to go to the bathroom. If he's thirsty he would go to his water bowl and lick it and that's th sign of him telling me he's thristy and he does that the same when he's hungry but instead he goes to the food bowl.
In a way dogs can 'talk' to each other. Barking, growling etc is all a way of communication, just like we humans talk. It is a way of showing what the dog wants or does not want and also shows what mood the dog is in.
Dogs can help humans in several ways. Dogs can help blind people, disabled people, and dogs can be companions to people.
Well, in terms of talking as in human speech, no other species than humans really is set up for that. Some birds can imitate human speech, but they can't "use" language the way we do. However, dogs do communicate and "talk" in their own ways: they have gestural language in their body posture, ear position, tails, etc., and they make some sounds with their vocal tract, e.g. barking, breathing sounds, sneezing, etc. These can all have meaning to other dogs and to people who can understand what dogs mean by these various ways of communicating.
All dogs can bark. What kind of question is that?
While dogs can get psoriasis, they do not get it from humans.
since humans talk when they breathe out and dogs do it when they breathe in this is the main reason why humans talk and they bark
well humans can only understand humans. Dogs can only understand dogs, so i wouldn't say humans are the only ones who can talk. any species can only understand their own kind.

Dogs can smell a million times better than humans--so smelling is to dogs as seeing is to humans. In many ways, dogs "see" their world by smell using their noses. So sniffing their surroundings is the main way they perceive the world.
