well, gee...sure, if you like the name Jojo. A dog doesn't care what his name is. No emotional stuff about liking or not liking the person or place he's named after, or reactions to the pure sound of the name--You know the type of thing, the "That's too old-fashioned" or "I've just never liked my name" that you've probably heard some humans say. Jojo is short and distinctive and not likely to be mistaken for anything else. Just make sure it isn't too much like any other words he's likely to hear a lot. For instance you wouldn't want to name three dogs Jojo, Tojo, and Mojo. Or do you have any frequent visitors named Joe? Or there was the guy who named his husky Sitka, after the city in Alaska--then tried to teach the dog to "sit." It kept coming to him instead...
