the belgian horse breed is part of the heavy draft group. so any heavy draft horse would relate. this includes shires, gypsy vanners, gypsy cobs, clydesdales, percherons, suffolk punch and many more.

Looks: A Belgian Malinois looks like a German Shepard,except it has a softer coat unlike a German Shepard which has a sort of wiry coat.And the Shepard has shorter back legs than the Malinois. Acts: The Malinois is not more aggressive than the Shepard. On the other hand the Malinois is much faster, much more active and much more driven than the Shepard. Generally speaking, Malinois are more curious than the GSD. Say if your dog waited while you shopped and you walk out of the store with a bag. The Malinois would want to know "what did you get?" and he'd poke his nose in your bag to have a look, while the GSD would give you a bit more privacy.

no. if your having trouble rembering the difference spot this out: on almost all beligan horses they have the hair around there feet like a shire horse. and the Morgan horses are not as big.

Belgians also are used more in driving, whereas Morgans are more a sporthorse breed, used in saddleseat, hunters, pleasure, equitation, western pleasure, dressage, driven dressage, obstacle courses, in hand showing and basic horsemanship. Morgans are also more hot-blooded, and are smaller, with less hair and a more compact body with a refined, elegant head.

A Belgian horse is often very big ranging prob. from 16 to 18 hands, often used as working horses they are very buff and are usually a creme/palomino color
