A tiger is much stronger than a gorilla, and would destroy it in a fight. Not only is it larger, but it's adapted to pulling down large animals that weigh considerably more than itself. A gorilla doesn't need to be anywhere near as strong just to pick a leaf. The tiger also has huge claws and teeth and greater speed and agility on its side. The main predator of gorillas is the leopard, a cat much smaller and weaker than a tiger - if a leopard can take on a gorilla and win, there's no question that a tiger can.
