Unicellular organisms contain just one cell, example: amoeba, bacteria. Multicellular organisms are made up of more than one cell which includes everything other than the unicellular organisms.

Multicellular
The horse belongs to Kingdom Animalia. This is because they have multicellular cells, depend on other organisms for food and can move independently.

Oh, dude, an amoeba is totally unicellular. It's like a lone wolf in the microscopic world, just doing its thing all by itself. No need for a squad when you're a one-cell wonder, right?
Why is the amoeba considered an outgroup in this cladogram?
An amoeba is unicellular and do all work by one cell.
As with all cells, multicellular and unicellular, the nucleus acts as the controller of the cell. In an amoeba, it controlls movement, when to eat, and controlls reproductive abilities.
Unicellular, no nucleus visible, bacteria :Monera , unicellular organisms, eukaryotic, amoeba :Protista , Motile, heterotrophic, multicellular, cat :Animalia , Sessile, autotrophic, multicellular, rose :Plantae
Actually amoeba and paramecium is protista. Animalia (animals) is actually human, fish and etc that cannot produce their own food (heterotroph) and multicellular. Amoeba is unicellular but still heterotroph. Protista can be autotroph or hetorotroph. But animalia is only heterotroph.
A good example of unicellular cells would be bacteria, while multicellular cells would be like a sponge. Unicellular cells consist of only one cell surviving on it's own while multicellular cells are working together for a purpose.
A tapeworm is a multicellular parasite - its body is made up of many cells. An amoeba is a unicellular parasite - its body is made up of just one cell.
Protists can be either unicellular or multicellular. Some protists, such as Euglena and Amoeba, are unicellular, meaning they are composed of a single cell. Other protists, like seaweed and kelp, are multicellular, meaning they are made up of multiple cells working together.
Multicellular means that an organism has many cells. A porcupine fits that description. An amoebae is unicellular since it has one cell. And a porcupine doesn't look like a microscopic amoeba.
