If your dog is barking too much then you need to do more with your dog, such as take him or her on daily walk on lead for about 30-45 minutes. Go to an obedience class in your area to learn how to properly walk your dog and do obedience. Your dog will enjoy it and not bark as much if kept busy. No more urine to your dog, that is just stupid and cruel.
