- No it is not a bad thing for an 11 year old boy who likes to look at cute pictures of animals. Humans that are worth anything should enjoy looking at animals no matter what they are. You never know, you may turn out to be a veterinarian one day or, you may volunteer for an animal shelter in the future. Most animals teach us many things reminding us that humans are certainly not the superior race they would like to think they are because animals have codes in their lives (wild animals or tame); loyalty and some mate for life and that is more than can be said for some humans.
