Is it better to get a dog from the animal shelter or a pet store?

Some of the dogs at the pert store are cuter but it is better in my opinion to get a pet from the animal shelter because the dogs in the animal shelter don't get treated very nice. So make their lives better :)

Let's think about that question. Pet stores and Breeders. There's a big difference. First, guinea pigs from pet stores are more guaranteed to last LONGER. Second, from a breeder, you have no idea if it has disease/rabies something that can make you sick. If you have a good breeder, sure, give it a try. Third, pet stores are expensive and you better have your money. Guinea pigs cost about $40, and with the cage/food/nesting/hut it can cost up to about $100. A breeder's cheaper. So, if you are one of those people who just want a cheaper guinea pig, run for the breeder. If you are one of those people who just are the expensive type, run for the Petsmart/Petco any pet store. It's always the buyer's choice, but to me, Fantalicious123, I suggest totally from the pet store. Breeders are horrible and are not good for me, they can really give your guinea pig danger. But that's what I think. Hope this helps!

I have a billion other answers about gymnastics and pets, but don't think I'm lying when I say I know how to do so or if I seem to have 100 pets. I mean, I am a gymnast, so you can think that, but I don't own 100 pets. All my questions are answered about guinea pigs/dogs/cats/birds/fish/hamsters. It is better to adopt a dog from an animal shelter because you are giving a home to a dog in need and helping to reduce the number of pets in shelters. Dogs from pet stores often come from puppy mills, where they may have poor living conditions and health issues. Adopting from a shelter also typically costs less and the dogs are often spayed/neutered and up-to-date on vaccinations.

You should buy your pet from a breeder if you are wondering. The pets at the pet store are perfectly fine but the pets from the breeder are most liley to be more healthey.
