Depends on what you call dangerous. Breeding any animal can be dangerous, especially to the female. There are so many, many, unwanted, unloved dogs needing homes why would anyone breed their dog. Just because puppies are cute isn't good enough. Puppies grow up to be adults and add to the population of unwanted dogs.
