Florida is one of three states where raccoon trapping is legal (Alabama and Wisconsin being the others). In law 3.1.16 of the floridian constitution, one is allowed to trap raccoons for recreative, sexual or nutrition purposes. An amendment made to this law in 2001, states that once one is done with said raccoon, he/she must dispose of it in a certain way.
