But not many like to try it, younger dogs may eat their own poop for extra nutrients their body may have not absorbed, my dog ate his a few times when it was younger, it wont hurt him, unless its like, very old poop and it grows bacteria. its he or she is pooping a lot because of their body trying to get rid of something, then its bad for them to eat it. Don't let your dog get into a habit of eating it!!
