First of all, do NOT lick your lips! They will just become chapped. The method I use is: Mix olive oil and sugar until it forms a gritty paste (You could put this in a tub), then every night before you go to bed, scrub it onto your lips with your fingers. You could also use it on a soft bristled toothbrush and gently rub your lips. After doing this apply vaseline or a moisturising lip balm. When I wake up I apply the lip balm/vaseline then apply lip gloss/lip stick. I carry a little pot round with me and if my lips are feeling dry in the day I re-apply the vaseline. Hope this helps! -x-

The muzzle of a horse refers to its nose and mouth area. It includes the upper lip, nostrils, and the soft, sensitive skin surrounding the mouth. The muzzle is a sensitive part of the horse's anatomy and is important for their sense of smell and communication.

Lip balm can be made of different things depending on the brand. But I can give you a few tips. If you want all natural, go with L'Occitanetm. It only uses shea butter! If you want NO WHERE NEAR NATURAL, go with Chapsticktm, because there is NOTHING natural in that lip balm. I suggest going with L'Occitanetm. If you want a cheaper selection, go with Soft Lipstm. All lip balms have rights reserved. No permission to copy lip balm names.

lip balm can become addictive especially if it is the flavored ones!

Lip balm really cannot be substituted. But if you want to get your lips conditioned with a lip stick, I would go with tinted lip balm. Also you can use lip gloss, but really, there's no substitute!
