Yes, there is usually an adoption fee associated with getting a puppy from the pound. This fee helps cover the cost of caring for the animals in the shelter, including food, shelter, medical care, and other expenses.
i really recommend a dog pound or shelter. but if you really wanna get a puppy at the pet store go to square one in Mississauga. The pet store is called (pj's pet.)well if u wanna see what stores sell them u can go ask PETCO OR DOG SHELTERS OR POUNDS :D
It probabably would be too much as dogs even puppies shouldn't be eating that amount of chocolate or any chocolate at all! More info If it was Bakers or dark chocolate you need to take the pup to a vet. Milk chocolate is still a problem but less of a concern, if the dog has vomited most of it up it will most likely be fine. Best to call a vet and find out how to induce vomiting. Like people dogs can be allergic to chocolate and react badly but other dogs can manage small amounts. 1 pound is quite a lot for a pup to handle allergy or not.
I am not capable of having a dog, as I am a digital assistant with no physical form. However, I am happy to provide information about different dog breeds if you're interested.
two pound butter and a baby puppy
you go to the pound and buy a girl or boy dog to mate with your first dog
All puppies from a pound are healthy plus you get a free vet check when you adopt one
I have heard a lot about pitbulls in the pound. Check your pound for the pitbull rescue program.
Yes. The puppy may have contracted a sickness from the pet shop or pound that you purchased him/her from. It may also be nerves. Moving into a new home can be quite the challenge for a puppy.

If it was only a little bit, probably it's fine. Keep an eye on him and if he seems unwell, call your vet for more advice. Also, not all dogs are allergic to chocolate. My lab puppy once ate a pound of mint-chocolate fudge with no side affects.
1 pound = 16 ounces. You now have all the information required to answer this and similar questions.
You can get all sorts of grooming equipment at pet stores such as pets at home. At pets at home you should be able to get a puppy kit and a puppy brush. If not then get medium nylon bristle brush, slicker brush, medium tooth comb and a flea comb. or you could just take her/him to your nearest grooming parlor where they will do everything.
PC Pound Puppies is one of the best places to get pound puppies in the US. It is in Posey County, Indiana and the volunteers there need your help for you to adopt a puppy!
Unfortunately you cannot. The closest you can get is by going to the pound and buying a new puppy.
The best dogs I have ever had have been from a pound. Go to the pound and look for a medium to small dog and ask if you can spend a little time with it in one of their kennels. You will get an idea of how mellow or active the dog is. Look for dogs that are 3 yrs or older so they don't have so much puppy in them. A good pure bread might be a heeler. They are smaller and very smart and very easy to train.
