pufferfish is not a good fish to use as bait, because of its toxicity(tetrodotoxin) any fish that eats the bait will get poisoned, people can consume only few bits of pufferfish but they must be handled by an authorized : licensed chefs who knows where in the fish can cut out the non poisonous parts... that is actually a stupid question too, im sorry i had to admit... haha the tetrodotoxin will paralyze your muscles and do all nasty stuff and u will die if you eat that... even a tiny bit.. you can only eat from an authorized and licensed chef or restaurant... baiting with that is not a good idea to do that... the organs, blood, and the eyes are poisonous but the skin... u can touch them its ok.. always use prawns, squids or other fish like breams, snappers and all that not any poisonous fish
