First, if she is being bullied by the other chickens move her so she is out of reach of them. Chickens pick on each other if one is ill, you do not want her to be more distressed than she needs to be. Check her crop, (the bulge on her neck), if it is saggy then try feeding her some oats with water.
Check under her wings for small brown specks, these are fleas and mites. If there are lots (the occasional one is not anything to worry about) you can purchase some special flee powder to put under her wings and in the coop.
Do you worm them? Our chickens have a herbal wormer put into their feed 3 times at the end of each month. This is to keep the internal bacteria under control and at a healthy level. It may be that she has worms or something similar.
Lastly, have you moved them reccently? We had a chicken with much the same problem as yours appears to be. She would just sit down under the coop and stay away from the others. We had moved them and she must have had too much of something suddenly. We gave her oats and water and separated her from the rest. After about 5 days she was back to full health.
Hopefully this should give you some idea, if none of the above, and she doesn't make any improvement can you take her to a vet?
