OK, first make sure that if you have other guinea pigs in the run with it that the piggie that isn't eating can get to the food. Sometimes the dominent one can push the other smaller ones out of the way.
If it can get to the food and still not eating, take it to the vet. It may be suffering from Anorexia (yes, like people can), the vet will do a few checks and your guinea pig may have to be force fed, which isn't as bad as it sounds.
Try looking for a Guinea Pig specialist vet, they know a lot more about them than a normal vet.
Take your guinea pig there as quick as you can before it gets worse.
