Our guinea pig recently had 4 babies and three of them are fluffy with dark eyes but the other has short hair and red eyes why is his?

hi i had the same problam with my guinea pig and they might have a bas eye infection take them to the vets

Yes. Guinea pig moms and dads will not eat their babies. They do not need to be separated from each other like hamsters do. The only thing you want to make sure of is that the dad is neutered or you will have more baby guinea pigs.
