I think yes. Whenever I read the newspaper (okay, I admit, I read the newspaper xD) There are advertisements on how many stray dogs and cats and pets there are in the SPCA. They definietly need our help. I also think that its totally worth it to get pets from SPCA, because youll make a friend, and the SPCA will be helping you all the way.
