Rabbits are social animals and live in large groups in the wild. So unless you are able to give a single rabbit a lot of time and attention (at least an hour a day or else it won't be familiar with you), it is recommended that you get it a buddy. It doesn't necesarily have to be another rabbit. Guinea pigs make great rabbit friends too.
If you get 2 rabbits, I recommend getting 2 from the same litter. That way you won't have to introduce them, as sometime rabbits from different litters won't make nice.
Please also remember to get your rabbits spayed/ neutered. The saying 'breed like rabbits' is super true. There are enough unwanted rabbits and breeders without more becoming available.
only if it's two altered females. Preferably littermates.

Usually it is just a home or a nesting spot for the bunnies to be born.

Yes rabbits are best in pairs like my rabbits, i had one to start with and she was really lonely so we bought another one and they are both really happy together, if you do get two rabbits, only get one boy and one girl because if you get two girls they fight and its the same with boys.
Rabbits are lagomorphs. Lagomorphs are small four-legged vertebrates that are plant eaters (herbivores). They have thick fur and short tails or no tail. Lagomorphs have two or three pairs of incisors for chewing.
NO. They will fight.
You should keep them in pairs if they are young or boy and girl. (If you don't mind babies) See if you can get siblings that grew up together then they usually are calm and easy to take care of.
Rabbits do not have to eat at a certain time. However, you should keep a regular feeding time for your rabbit.
A 2 foot fence it tall enough.
No! It's a bad idea. Rabbits should be kept in their own hutches.

Not necessarily, but if a rabbit has babies, then you should keep the father AWAY because he will take them and use them for a snack!
The scenario is as follows : The numbers represent adult pairs of rabbits. I will also include pairs of juvenile rabbits as numbers in brackets eg. (1). Each month, every pair of adult rabbits produces a pair of juveniles. It takes one month for each pair of juvenile rabbits to reach breeding age. Certain assumptions are made : 1) No rabbits die. 2) There are always an equal number of males/females. Month 1 : 1 (0) - You have one pair of adult rabbits Month 2 : 1 (1) - The adult pair breed Month 3 : 2 (1) - The adult pair breed again, and the juvenile pair grow up Month 4 : 3 (2) - The 2 adult pairs breed, and one juvenile pair grow up Month 5 : 5 (3) - The 3 adult pairs breed, the 2 juvenile pairs grow up Month 6 : 8 (5) - The 5 adult pairs breed, the 3 juvenile pairs grow up. If you look at the growth pattern for either adult pairs or juvenile pairs, you find the famous Fibonacci series : 1,1,2,3,5,8,...,...
The daddy rabbit would but only to do harm to them. You should keep the daddy apart from the baby rabbits. Rabbits do not pick up their babies like cats do. If a baby falls out of the nest box the mom will not return it to it's nest. This is why you should be checking on your baby rabbits regularly comes in, the doe depends on you for help.
Rabbits can live in barns. Some breeders keep their rabbits in barns, or they can also live in barns if a family member is allergic to rabbits. However, it is best to keep rabbits inside. Indoor rabbits tend to be healthier and live longer.
