Don't yell at the puppy it wont make a difference, as soon as you see any behaviour like ears going back, the puppy goes tense or even shows its teeth then you should make a high pitched noise or get 2 saucepan lids and clash them together to distract the dog however when you do this you are NOT to make eye contact with the dog.
