There are no home remedies for a maggot infestation on your dog. I discovered my dog had a maggot infestation the other day. It was bad. My vet said it could only be treated by them at a very high cost and with no guarantees of success. If your dog is infested get it to the vet before it is too late. My dog was 15 years old and so I decided it was best to put her down. Don't let that happen to you if your dog is not older. Good luck!

I highly sugggest taking the dog to a vet if you're not a professional or a vet. Take it to the vet, and they'll handle it.

I had a pet mini lop Bunny and it got bots can bots kill them?

Rabbits that spend time outdoors can become infested with fly larvae, also known as maggots. Sometimes these are the larvae of 'bot' flies, a family of flies. Some veterinarians call a maggot infestation "fly strike". Maggots on a rabbit can be a signs of poor health and they can cause enough damage or release enough toxins to kill a rabbit.Fly strike can happen in rabbits who have feces matted to their tails. the feces provide a nice environment for maggots to hatch and grow. Any open wound can also be infected with maggots. Older bunnies who have arthritiscannot groom properly and are unable to remove fly eggs before they hatch.Any rabbits with maggots should be brought to a veterinarian knowledgeable about rabbits.

Why would a female fixed dog always be licking her rectum?

Any unusual behavior is a sign of a health issue. When dogs lick their rectums unusually frequently, it can often be a sign of parasitic infestation, such as worms. I would recommend you take your dog to the vet as soon as is convenient, to determine whether the issue is medical or behavioral.
