There is a wasp in my room and i am so scared. I cant go back in because I'm too scared but i need to go in there. I have a really bad wasp phobia and the site of them makes me panic.some help please?

if you scared tell someone close to you
you should not be scared if you stay still bees/wasps will not touch you
i am not scared of them so read on and hopefully you wont.
i understand that you have got a phobia but listen dont panic go and tell someone to help you out
i am gusseing you would have been in your room now but remember they wont hurt you if you stay still running and screaming will just make them come towards you
now its just a wasp you have to be calm and relaxed and find someone to help you out
