Birds have only one stomach, called a gizzard, which is specially adapted to help them digest food. They also have only one heart, like most other animals, to pump blood throughout their bodies.
there is more than one animal with multiple hearts, but the first thing that would bounce into my head is the ever-so-jumpy Frog. it has something called Lymph hearts, as well as a normal blood pumping heart. another animal with multiple hearts would be the Octopus, they have one main heart, called the systemic heart, and two smaller hearts located near their gills. The two smaller hearts perform the same task as the right side of the human heart. The list goes on..but I think you get the point :)
Yes part of the hearts are the same
Squids have three hearts. Two of the hearts pump blood to the gills for oxygenation, while the third heart pumps oxygenated blood to the rest of the body.
It was speculated that some dinosaurs may have had two hearts to help pump their blood around. Earth worms supposedly have six hearts.
