Its going to be hard to get an answer to that, because everything is an adaptation. Having blood, skin, hair... being warmblooded (and our specific temperature) are all adaptations. A spine, hands and feet; these and any other part of a living thing is an adaptation. The closest thing to an animal without adaptations are single celled life, but that's not even accurate because they are adapted to their environment. Its like asking how big is space: there is probably an answer, but we don't have it.
If you want to know which animal has the most SUCCESSFUL adaptations, it humans. Far and away, no lifeform has ever thrived on this planet like we have. Its gotten to the point that humans only real problems humans have stem from other humans.
Depending on the particular area in which a species finds itself, its first adaption will likely be in the area of food. Many times, a change of area will lead to adaptation in the realm of habitation.
The smaller the animal, the easier it is to adapt. The lifespan of the animal also comes into play, as the longer lifespan an organism has, the longer it takes for the organism to adapt. An example of an organism that could easily adapt to any change in their habitat would be bacteria, or an insect. Additionally, the more offspring the animal has, the more likely it would survive. So the factors to quick adaption are: size, lifespan, and number of offspring.
I would think that some sort of small rodent like a rat would be the quickest to adapt to its environment.
Humans and Caterpillars.
i think they go in waves to get starts in the sky
A cow that is 10 years of age is the equivalent of a 59 year old human. Most animals age rapidly this way.
It is probably not safe to eat chicken strips that have sat out overnight. Chicken can go bad after cooking quite rapidly if in a warm environment.
Alligators and crocodiles use their tales to swim rapidly. They are able to propel themselves further in the water using the tail.
Scientists believe that those adaptations specifically created to deal with global warming will be the ones to develop the fastest. People, animals, and plants will need to quickly adapt to the planet's rapidly warming temperatures in order to survive.
Rapidly
It depends what the animal is.
It is a rapidly growing area and many people love it
The Quagga's distinct coat pattern perhaps evolved rapidly because of geographical isolation or adaptation to a drier enviroment.

Drug resistance develops so rapidly because bacteria reproduce extremely quickly, giving a better chance for ones with resistance to develop and spread.
Because of the rapidly growing population, deforestation and natural calamities.
reverse extinction is where an animals population rapidly starts to increase.
