In general --

1. Man -- especially among those people who raise dogs for meat.

2. Cats. One-on-one, a cat of like size kills a dog. I would even keep the smallest breeds of dogs away from house cats.

3. Bears. Enough said.

4. Wolves. Wolves know what they are doing, and dogs are just too trusting.

5. Giant snakes.

6. Alligators and crocodiles.

7. Sharks and orcas.

8. Hyenas (probably).

9. Other dogs.

...Many large herbivores recognize dogs and wolves (for which they see no difference) as bad news and attack first. Moose face few predators, but among them are wolves and dogs that they readily confuse with wolves. Moose assume that if there is one dog or wolf there are even more. Elephants see much lion-like behavior in dogs and kill them on sight, and unlike an animal of similar intelligence (Man) they could never imagine a dog as a companion. The lion is the only non-human predator upon the African elephant. But such is to keep from being eaten.

Really-small dogs (including puppies) could be prey for birds of prey. Large dogs are too large for Birds of Prey to take away.
