They need to hibernate if they are to be mated. They are extremly good pets as you only need to clean out their tank once or twice a year. You have to feed them once a week. They come in many different colors and morphs. They need the proper nutrients to live and will be healthy if you take good care of them. They should be handled once every week at the least.
