It uses ambush and stalking to hunt its prey. It moves noiselessly through the jungles near the prey. When it is at striking distance, it makes a lunge and attacks the prey. It bites the preys neck and strangulates it.

simple, when hunting in the jungle, they hide behind tall grasses and watch and wait for their prey to completely let down it's guard. Then when the prey is as clueless as a blind guy, the tiger jumps out of its safe zone and attacks his prey by the neck to cut off the prey's oxygen completely. their hunting skills is kind of cheesy if u ask me.

Tigers have adaptations like long, sharp claws and sharp teeth that are designed to help them to catch their prey. Tigers also have stripes that help them blend into jungle areas to keep them hidden from their prey.

  • A tiger can climb its tree with its sharp claws or teeth.
  • A striped coat which helps it to blend in with its background - its stripes hide it within the forests it lives in. Although the orange seems bright in its usual habitat the orange colour almost matches the leaves and forest floor, making it camouflaged.
  • Sharp teeth used for tearing meat and sharp claws to rip apart its prey.
  • Big padded paws to protect them from any sharp objects on the ground and that allow them to move quietly.
  • Exceptionally stout teeth, and the canines are the longest among living felines' teeth that makes it easy for them to kill their prey. Their whiskers help them sense other predators, as well as their prey.
