apparently so, ragwort is harmfull. i had to put my much loved pet goat to sleep yesterday due to ragwort. well thts what the vet said. but a page on the net says they can consum up to 300% of their body weight in the stuff, i had 3 of them in my garden tht he ate over a period of a week. if it is just the ragwort it causes a very slow painfull death, blindness and brain damage and the goat staves himself to try and rid the poision

Who are horse's enemy?

Hi Well if you mean enemy overall there are so many answers! Most people say the horses enemy is ragwort but some may say the horses enemy is in fact us! Some countries eat them, others abuse them...and overall any animal kept in captivity is not a lucky one. Especially in America, People have stolen the wild horses Land, I.E the mustangs land. So overall you could see humans as the ''mortal'' enemy of the horse. But saying that horses Do benefit from us as well, some are not abused but loved and ridden so it depends how you see it! My opinion is that the horses enemy is something that doesn't need to kill/eat a horse to live but chooses to. Again this leads to Humans. But i don't want to start a big argument so lets say for most well kept riding horses, ragwort!!!
