There is no alternate term for a horse's penis.
As much as anyone would say this is a innappropriate question it's a good one. Beleive it or not a Miniture Stallions penis is just as big as a fully grown Welsh Cobs and sometimes even bigger. It doesn't usually matter about the breed unless you start getting into types. Like a Draft horse(not any particular breed-the type Draft) would have a bigger penis then a Pony does(no serpefic pony breed either).
If a horse has a penis that is flared or swollen, it may be infected. It is best to take the horse to a licensed veterinarian to diagnose the issue. Answer 2: Flare is the term for the ridge at the back of the penis head.

Shire is the biggest horse breed, measured up to 2.23 meters. Answer for Horse Isle: Shire
That all depends on the breed and the individual horse. A Clydesdale's or Percheron's hoof, for example, may measure about the size of a dinner plate, which is at least 10 inches in diameter. By comparison, the hoof of a Thoroughbred or Quarter horse may only be around 4 to 5 inches in diameter; a pony's hoof a bit smaller, again, depending on the breed.
No a Piston is not a breed of horse.
The Percheron is a big, stocky breed of horse that used to be used in war for pulling carts and heavy weights. The first biggest horse is a Shire, and the second largest is a Clydesdale. If you want to get technical then you could talk about cross breeds like TB/Clydesdale, but that's two different breeds. Stick with Percheron.
