If the dog is entering your property call and make a complaint to your local animal control officer,or local police...the neighbor is required by law to keep her dog confined to her own property...
If the crazy neighbor enters your property you can call the police and the police will issue her a tresspass warning, and the next time she enters the propertry she will be arrest and charged....
If neither is the case then there is nothing you can do about the nieghbor and her dog unless they are breaking the law, ignore her and go on with you business...

This is an annoying habit some dog owners allow and it is against the law at least in British Columbia to allow your dog to roam around the neighborhood. It would be best to get in touch with your neighbor and calmly ask them if they could keep their dog in their yard and if there is no yard then ask them to kindly clean up their dog's mess from your yard. Wait and see what the neighbor does and if you don't get any satisfaction from them then call the ASPCA and report it.
He did not. Nor did he actually hear his neighbor's dog telling him to kill. The whole point was to make himself look crazy. It worked for a while.
The neighbor's dog had sex with it.
If your dog is aggressive or if your neighbor had reason to fear the dog, then your neighbor shot the dog in self defense. In fact, you might be liable for failing to control your dog and for any damage the dog may have caused.Because YOU are responsible for your dog (both for making sure he can't get out of his fenced area and for socializing, training, and protecting him), if your dog gets shot in a situation like this then it's not your dog's fault and it's not your neighbor's fault--IT'S YOUR FAULT. YOU ARE THE ONLY PERSON TO BLAME for this dog's death.
If your neighbor asked you to bring your dog, or took the dog to their home, then no, you aren't liable. If your dog injured someone or one of the neighbor's pets or did damage to their home, then as a good neighbor you should pay for any hospital, vet or damage costs.
