The only thing that keeps puppy mills in business are the people that buy puppies from them. If you know of any, then contact the ASPCA or the Humane Society. You will not have to pay a dime, and you don't have to give your name.
The easiest way to get the phone number of the one(s) nearest you is to call a local vet. They should have both numbers, and will give them to you. Or, you can go online and just type in ASPCA or Humane Society in your browser, which should tell you how to contact them.
If you know this is going on, or even if you suspect it, please call and report them. It would be much, much better to call and be wrong about them being a puppy mill, than to take the chance of letting innocent animals suffer the horrible things they do at puppy mills.
