There's not much you can do. It's not something he should have, so be sure the jelly beans are put somewhere that he cannot get them again. Make sure he has access to plenty of fresh water. If he gets an upset stomach, you can pick up medicine for that at the pet store. Other than that, just give him a day to recover.
