A puppies urine should be yellow on a puppy pad.
it is really really easy, you have to sit them on the pad and leave them there for a while, sometimes the puppy might pee or poop where else, if they poop somewhere else yo pic up the poop, set it on the pad and let them sniff it, the puppy will know where to poop (might not work on all puppies)
You would have to bottle feed the puppy until it is old enough to wean and get on solid food. If it is two weeks old and healthy that could happen fairly soon. There are puppy milk formulas available that you can feed or you can make your own. There are several recipes on line if you search "bottle feeding puppies". Bottle feeding infant puppies can be very difficult but if a puppy is already two weeks old it should be easier.
When they are in mommy tummy they are use to it being around 101degrees so when first born keep them covered up when mommy is not in box and keep them away from fans and a/c vents, also in a quiet room
You can try using bitter apple spray on the wee wee pad to deter the dog from chewing it. Provide plenty of appropriate chew toys to redirect the dog's chewing behavior. Supervise the dog closely and correct him with a firm "no" whenever he tries to chew the wee wee pad.
Dogs prefer to poop in an otherwise clean area; once a pee pad has pee on it, the dog will not prefer to poop on it. Replace the pee pad immediately after it's been used each time. In addition, when the dog DOES poop in the right spot, treat the dog and praise him lavishly with petting. When he does it wrong, don't acknowledge the dog at all (don't get mad, either). Very quickly, the dog will learn where to poop to get treats and praise.

Get a puppy pad and odour remover for when it goes on the floor. Eventually move the puppy pad outside.
Eat the puppy.
A puppy has much less control over its bladder than it does its bowels. NO dog will defecate where it eats, sleeps, or lives - including puppies - and the puppy is most likely holding it in deliberately. The puppy should be taken outdoors daily at regular times within half an hour after eating. When the dog has a bowel movement and/or empties its bladder outdoors, give it praise to ensure the puppy learns quickly that going outside is a "good" thing. Do NOT praise the dog for urinating on the pad in the home, but gradually move the pad toward the door and eventually outside. It will soon learn that it only gets praised for doing these things outside of the home.
First of all keep in mind that wee wee pads may be confusing to your puppy if you want him to go potty outside. Puppies are not always going to know the difference between appropriate papers on the floor and the newspaper that you have not finished reading. Potty training requires consistency. After napping eating or drinking the pup should be taken to the appropriate place. There should be no playtime at that place until they have gone to the bathroom. As soon as they urinnate or defecate they should be praised excessively and given a small treat. If they havent gone in a few minutes they should be brought in and placed in their crate if they cannot be watched constently. If they have made a mistake in they house you can wipe it up with a paper towel and plave the paper towel or stool in the place where you want them to go for your next attempt. Puppies should go out often and praised each time they go potty in the correct area. It is not appropriate to punish your puppy for making a mistake in the house. If cought in the act you may distract them with a sharp noise and take them right outside. If you find a mess in the hous that you did not observe, please, keep in mind that the pup has no recollection of doing that. Ther are many good websites. I would direct anyone to PetPartner.com for all kinds of GOOD advice. When you see your pup beginning to do the circle peepee dance, gently say no no no. Go to the pup and pick him up and place him on the pad and give him a little pat on the head. You already know he has to go, so if he tries to leave the pad, pick him up and put him back. Keep doing this until he gets the hint and goes. If you get tired after the 8th time, let him walk away. Now if he does the peepee dance again, do your part again. Consistency is the key, not to mention patience on your part. Remember never yell.....I can't stress this enough. Yelling alone can scare the pup and make them pee.
a puppy pad is a diaper sort of fabric laid on the floor for indoor dogs to "use the bathroom on." personaly, i wouldnt use these, but if your in the city, it may be your only option
No, this is not normal. You shouldn't be using a pad if not menstruating, also you should never have urine on your sanitary pad - are you sure this is urine and not discharge? If this is urine then you either need to wipe yourself better after using the bathroom or you need to see your doctor as you may be experiencing urinary incontinence.
To effectively use potty training pads to train a puppy, place the pad in a designated area, consistently take the puppy to the pad after meals and naps, praise and reward the puppy for using the pad, and gradually move the pad closer to the door leading outside to encourage outdoor potty training. Consistency and positive reinforcement are key to successful potty training with pads.

The touch pad comes in the basic black color as of right now. I believe you may be able to change the color of the pad by purchasing color cases or sleeves for it.
Maybe
when it pees or poos, you have to get its nose and stick it into their pee or poo, then you take it to its pad and put its nose on the pad so it knows that its supposed to pee or poo on the pad.
