Osteichthyes are bony fish, which include most fish you generally think of, excluding sharks. They eat just about everything that you can find in the water, from algae, seaweed, coral, cyanobacteria (phytoplankton) and general filter-feeding to copepods, crab, shrimp and other small arthropods, other fish, their eggs, and in freshwater systems, many of them eat insects.

Chondrichthyes are a very varied order of fishes. They include sharks, skates, rays, and if you like, even the Chimaeras; As you can imagine, your question is about like asking "What do birds eat?"

Different kinds eat different foods.

All those that I can think of eat animal food, but I should not be surprised to hear of some that eat some plant material. However, some sharks like the Tiger, Great White, and Bull sharks are meat eaters for preference, and they will eat large animals like seals or humans, along with whatever they can bite out of dead whales and so on. Other sharks like Threshers eat mainly fish. Whale sharks and basking sharks eat plankton. Some large, deep-sea sharks are scavengers that eat largely whever large dead creatures fall to the sea bottom from surface waters. Some sharks, skates and rays have flat, pavement-like teeth with which they crush the shells of shellfish. Others detect the electric fields of soles, worms and the like that they then flush out to eat.

So you can see, about all you can say about such a wide variety of creatures, is that they eat flesh of various kinds.
