No, you're better off shearing a llama with shears meant for sheep. Cows don't have wool that need to be sheared annually, sheep do.
A person who looks after sheep is typically called a shepherd. They are responsible for the care, feeding, and protection of the sheep in their flock.
Once a year, in the spring, a shearer uses hand shears (similar to large scissors) or electric shears (similar to an electric razor) to cut the wool off the sheep. The sheep don't mind the process, and as soon as the weather warms up they're really glad to be rid of all that wool!
well you have to get these special shears that are able to shear/cut all the wool off the sheep, you cant use hair shears like the ones you have to shave hair they have to be special ones. If you have like a shop that sells farm equipment you could look in there ( but they might be a bit expensive.. ) anyway back to shearing, you have to get the shears and start from its neck and move it all the way down to its backside, then move on a bit and do the same again, keep doing that until its whole top half is shorn. Then you just put the shears under its neck and do the same like you did on the top half. But if you have a sheep called a wiltshire then you dont have to shear them because they moult.
