Firstly you should carry your dog, but don't run away, and never interfere the fight. That would probably injure you too. If your dog is too big to carry, spray both dogs with water as dogs dislike water, and it will provide a distraction. When they are distracted they will forget what they were fighting about
You can never really truly know if a dog is healthy. If the bite is serious, take a cloth and some alchol. Pour the aclachol on a paper towel and apply a small a bit of pressure. Once the bleeding has slowed, wrap the cloth around the bitten area. Then call your vet to make sure your dog is okay.
My thought is to throw a blanket over the injured dog to separate them, and take the injured dog to the vet or human society.
of course not if it is attacking your dog i wouldent recomend shooting it you may hit your dog simply scare it away or kick it off of him.
If your dog is attacking your husband, take your dog to see the doctor or vet immediately. There could be something wrong with it. If your dog keeps doing it after that then maybe try to teach it not to do that or maybe you will have to move away without it if it does bother you enough. ___

Kyle Stack's dog was called Manic. He got put down for being a dangerous dog and attacking Francesca Montoya, the Spanish teacher
Because he doesn't like him.
You have to let them fight it out. Eventually they will stop. But if the other dog attacks the other dog and a scratch happens and a drop of blood happens you have to stop it immediately.
It depends, Was the dog on your property? Did the dog show any aggression towards you, or your dog? And was the other dog on a leash?
there is no reason to abuse a dog, unless if its attacking you and you have to hurt it, other than that there is no reason.
Is your coon dog altered? That would help his aggressiveness. Also, it will prevent other intact dogs from attacking your dog.
Call your dog, make a loud loud noise to distract it, car horn, bang a trash can lid etc. If your dog is engaged in attacking another dog you need to remove your dog immediately before either dog is injured. If they are really fighting the safest way to separate them without being bitten is to grab them by the rear legs and pull them apart. I can not stress "quickly" enough. Seconds can make a huge difference in the amount of physical harm done.

Yes, you have the right to.
An attack dog is a dog bred, trained or used for the purpose of attacking a target.
it depends on the dog, if it is a mean dog than it most likely will.
Once a dog starts attacking a smaller dog then all the training in the world is not going to help. Dog owners with these types of dogs should put a muzzle on the dog and also keep them on a tight lead. The only place this type of dog should be let run free is an open field where there are no other animals or people around. The problem with some dogs attacking other dogs is they may also attack children or adults. Why some dogs do this and others don't is even a mystery to vets. If another male dog is neutered then generally the other dogs that aren't or even are will leave that dog alone, but, in the case of a dog such as yours that won't even stop them. Trained to listen to your commands or not I wouldn't trust your pet. He/she may be loyal to you, but you can NEVER trust this dog with other dogs or even other people.
The best way to keep your dog from attacking skunks in her territory is to teach her to ignore them. You can do this by rewarding her when she pays attention to you and not the skunk.
