Immediately take your pet to the vet. There are so many possibilities for the stop of food and drink intake that it may be impossible to find out with out x-rays. However, you can check around the cage, house, or backyard for poison or anything that could have possibly been injested. If you can identify the object eaten, decide whether it might even be the slightest bit life threatening and, if so, take your pet to the local pet hospital.

Since guinea pigs can't close their eyes for more then ten minutes, you can tell if its sleeping when it lays on it's side and is poking it's leg out. If the guinea pig is sleeping a lot and not eating then the room it is in is too for it and you should probably move it's cage to a colder room in the house.
