My Guinea Pig was pregnant, and I didn't even know!I fed her the usual alfalfa, grain, and fruits. Her baby, Butterscotch, is healthy, and loving. So, if I did know that she was pregnant, I would feed them the usual. If they still seemed a little hungry, I would give them a little more. But not too much!
You need to give them foods which have pleanty of vitamin c in them for example kiwi and parsley ect
