Be careful about feeding weeds, many are toxic. Buttercups can kill your chickens, so stay away from those. Most flowers are deadly - including daffodils - So keep them away from those. Chickens normally know what they can eat and can't, so if you see them eating a lot of one weed, go ahead and give it to them. When I weed my garden I put them on the ground of my chicken run. Some they eat, some they peck at, others they leave alone. Your chicken knows better than you, so watch to see what they think. Green weeds without flowers tend to be safe.
