What do you have to do to fight the level 99 red chocobo in final fantasy XII?

The Red Chocobo spawns in the Ozmone Plains. Where? It's right around the entrance to the Golmore jungle, you should see a bunch of chocobos around there. Kill all the chocobos and then wait for the Red Chocobo to spawn. That's the irritating part, though, the spawn time is different every time. Sometimes it takes hours, and sometimes it takes only five minutes :D.
Make sure you're prepared too, coz I heard it is pretty hard ^^.
