Anybody can talk to animals. Its getting the animals to talk to you that's difficult.

Definitely. Most people talk to their pets. Even farm animals and work animals respond to commands and comments. Animals that are used to 'conversing' with humans will let you know their opinions with body language.

yes, animals can talk. But only in their talk, dogs can talk to dogs cats can talk to cats, and so on.. when dogs bark, their talking, humans cant hear them because we dont have the same wave lengths that animals have.

Yes its easy to say that all animals hear unless deafened. If they didn't they wouldn't communicate. You can hear them "talk" a lot if you're near them. Yes they can hear, they have VERY good hearing in fact. You might not be able to see their ears, but there are definitely some there!
