I actually heard that he who steal an egg will eventually steal a camel not a cow. But they must be the same. And it means that if you start with small sins/crimes you will finally do big sins/crimes. So if you don't like to end up with a big trouble you should be worried about small things.

What is ovulation in a cow?

Ovulation is the process where an ovum (or egg) ruptures from a mature follicle. During the heat cycle, the follicle matures and the side opposite of the egg bulges and becomes thin. This thin tissue ruptures, releasing the egg from the ovaries and moves it into the oviduct. Ovulation occurs ~12 hours after standing heat in the cow.

how does adult cell cloning be used to produce a clone of a champion cow?

Adult cell cloning, specifically somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT), can be used to produce a clone of a champion cow by taking a somatic cell from the champion cow and inserting its nucleus into an enucleated egg cell from a donor cow. This egg cell, now containing the champion cow's genetic material, is stimulated to develop into an embryo. Once the embryo develops to a suitable stage, it is implanted into a surrogate mother, which can then give birth to a genetically identical clone of the original champion cow. This technique allows for the replication of desirable traits in livestock.

Is the sex of the offspring of a cow determined by the egg or sperm?

The sex of the offspring is always determined by the sperm: this is the same in pretty well all animal life, including human reproduction. The gamete in a cow always carries the X chromosome. The gametes in a bull carry both X and Y chromosomes, which mean that if the sperm with an X chromosome fuses with the gamete of the cow, the offspring will be female. If the sperm carries a Y chromosome and fuses to the female gamete of the cow, then the offspring will be male.

How an embryo transplant can be used to clone a cow?

· An egg is taken from the 1st cow · The egg cell nucleus is removed · A body cell is taken from a second cow · The body cell's nucleus is put into the egg cell · The egg cell divides · The embryo is then put into a third cow (usually the mother who has been chosen to carry the child.)
