there can be many reasons why your horse can have eye discharge.

one big cause is flies, they get into their eyes and make them weep, i have this problem with my boy.

your horse may just have an eye irritation, or even something like conjunctivitis.

Please remember that i am not a vet, what im saying couldn't be right, im just saying what i know.

id suggest getting the vet out, even if its just for a check up.
