Do you mean a Wild Bird is some where in your house? What I suggest is to call Animal Services, (which is usually state and county runi) in your area and they may come to the house and try to rescue the bird. If they can't help you, ask them who you should call and make sure you get a number from them. More then likely they'll give you a number for the wild life protection agency in your area.
