If you mean before Sasuke fought Itachi: He wanted power, enough to kill his brother for slaughtering their clan. If you mean after Madara explains Itachi's reasons to him: Sasuke now hates the elders for ordering Itachi to kill his family. He also hates Konoha for keeping the Uchiha clan separate from the rest of Konoha and closely monitored.
