Your eggs will be in the incubator for 21 days.

Put your eggs in an incubator, make sure you mark one side as you will need to turn eggs every fews hours or so. Only turn the eggs for the first 18 days then leave them so that they can hatch for the last 3 days.

Once the eggs have hatched leave them each chik in the incubator to dry for exactly 24 hours.

After this, put the chiks in a cardboard box and put a lamp over the box moving it further away, 5cm every 2nd day. Once the chickens have been inside for 5-7 weeks let them out into a small-medium sized enclosure, but bring them inside in cold or rainy days. Once the chicken are 10weeks old they can be left outside in any weather.

first make sure the egg is as fresh as poss, and that the hen is with a cockerel and that the egg is not refrigerated, then when the egg is at room temp put it in the incubator, but make sure you mark the egg with a cross on one side and a circle on the other, {it makes it easier when turning} the incubator should have instructions with it for anything else you need to know

Eggs can go on their side on a wire mesh bottom or if you have an egg turner, place them fat end up.
