They pretty much look like any other puppy. If the pup is young, you probably won't see any difference at all. Some pups' testicles don't descend until they are as much as six months old. That's the difference, though. An intact dog has testicles and a neutered one does not. Little known dog fact: there is an exception. Believe it or not, it is possible to have artificial testicles implanted when the dog is neutered. Just like breast implants. These implants are called, "neuticles." This is why judges at dog shows have to examine the dog's testicles: to make sure they are real and not neuticles.
