There are many types of dog breeds available. Depending on the type of dog you like, your lifestyle and where you live will help to determine what breed is sufficient for you. With the many different breeds available today, from miniature breeds, hybrids large breeds. Making time to exercise your dog, no matter the breed is a big factor. All dogs need an adequate amount of exercise. If you choose to get a smaller breed, such as a terrier, pug or Maltese will get most of their required exercise by walking and running. Some of the larger breeds will need to be walked on a daily basis to maintain good health. Contrary to popular belief, every dog breed is easy to train. They can be trained to learn and obey every command. There are breeds that will learn faster than others and that are easier to train. Some dogs can pick up a trick or command after only 3 or 4 times. If you choose to take your breed to the trainer, make sure that they are experienced. If you have children, most dogs will get along with them. There are some breeds that will act a little more protective than others and some to the point of aggressiveness. If you want a dog that is less time consuming, you may want to consider a breed that has short hair. They typically require almost no grooming. The breeds with the longer coats normally need to be shaved and bathed on a regular basis. If you are looking for a guard dog, any breed will do. If you are looking for a dog to intimidate the intruder, a Rottweiler or bull mastiff may suffice. If you are looking for a dog to make a noise in general if there is an intruder, any breed will do. The bearded collie is classified as a herding breed with it's origins in Scotland. This breed of dog come with some inherited traits that are specific to this breed. Bearded collies have excellent dispositions. They are lively, self-confident, hypoallergenic and alert. Beardies need routine grooming and exercise.
Small cute dogs that need little exercise or grooming are Chihuahuas, Miniature Pinschers, Pugs, and Toy Fox Terriers. All these dogs are in the toy dog group, so they need much attention, but they require less exercising since they're small. Out of 5 (1 being the lowest amount), these dog breeds have either a 1 or a 2 in exercising and grooming needs, which is low. To sufficiently exercise them, a short walk everyday or some playtime is okay.

I would think that cat groomers would have to be a special breed! Dog groomers need to learn the basic cuts for different breeds like a poodle cut. There is not much variety in cat hairstyles! Dog grooming can be more involved as there are a great many breeds of dogs with specialized styles. In general cats don't need as much grooming, only the long haired types require any real attention to start with.
I think Pug, Basset Hound,Labrador Retriever,Thesebreeds are easy to train and do not need much grooming.
Staffies are quite energetic, so any dog with Staffie in him/her, needs a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise a day.
I would say yes. Frenchies are pretty low maintenance when it comes to grooming and exercise, and although they aren't the smartest dogs out there, they make wonderful companions.
yes, the chihuahua is a small dog and rather easy to look after, requires little exercise and very little grooming. They take to training easily, but not recommended for families with small children as they have very fragile frames.
This can vary widely based on the breed that you are showing. No matter the breed, you will need at least a show collar/lead, grooming supplies, bait (if allowed), a travel crate, your dogs registration paperwork and medical records, just in case. If it will be hot, be sure to bring water and shelter for the dog.
