Scavengers (including vultures) will eat dead lions, and a large group of hyenas could overpower a single lion. Otherwise, there is no animal that consistently feeds on lions, which are called "apex predators" because they are at the top of the food chain.
Ironically, modern humans kill lions, but not for food.
