The vast majority of mouse bites result in -- nothing. Disinfect the wound, band-aid it, and don't worry. But -- as I see you apparently Are worrying -- here's some more information:

Mice almost never carry rabies (hydrophobia), and there has never been a documented case of a human contracting rabies from a mouse bite -- ever. People also worry about Hanta Virus. This is spread by a few specific species of rodents -- not just any mouse. And it's more often spread as an aerosol -- through the air -- instead of via a bite. It too is extremely rare. So unless you notice worsening symptoms, you should be just fine.
